Pizza Hut

"Food never came. When I called the worker tried to argue with me that it got delivered. Complete joke. I told them to cancel, couldn't even send me confirmation that they refunded my card."

"People working here are great, funny and friendly. But why do I have to pay extra for a "specialty" pepperoni lovers pizza and there's hardly any pepperoni on it? Used to be you couldn't see the cheese there was so much pepperoni on those, not anymore."

"Ordered online, website crashed a couple times. First time to the Hut in years. They did a great job on our pizzas! Just as I remembered them growing up. I got a call from an associate while on the way to pick up regarding a question with my order. Very well done! Picked up pizzas as they don't have a 'dining room'. Just a good pizza. Sauce great, toppings were great. We got the thin-n-crispy crust and it was perfect with the crust edges cupped up-perfect! Good value. The online survey is impossible to fill out as it is cluttered with pop-ups and dead-links. The product great, the online experience not so much!"

"Ordered at 6:54pm. The estimate per the email confirmation was 7:23pm. On the tracker, the status never changed from making the order. Finally called after an hour. The first time someone from customer service. It wasn't the store. Someone named Eric said he'd put me on hold and call the store to check on my order. After being on hold for 8 minutes, I was hung up on. Called back. This time, it was Heather actually at the store. She tried helping me figure it out. All she could figure out was that the order left the store with Door Dash. Their system has no idea when the order left the store. I asked her to cancel the order and tell Door Dash to take it back to the store. She graciously agreed and apologized. After an hour and a half, the order arrived, even though it was supposed to be canceled. I called the store back to tell them. The call went to customer service again. I told them what happened, and the guy told me to keep the food, and they'll honor the refund since it took so long. He even said he dislikes it when orders go with Door Dash. There's been issues. As expected, the food was cold. One of the pizzas was supposed to be pepperoni lovers. There was so little pepperoni that I'd hesitate to call it a pepperoni pizza. Sorry to say, but there's plenty of places out pizzaing the Hut. As of right now, there's no refund showing in my bank."

"Just paid almost 40$ at this location and everything was horribly burned. The supreme wasn’t as bad as the rest but could have been better. Will definitely think twice before ordering from here again"
