"I'm sorry to say Google doesn't have a zero or negative star; For our visit to the doctor on 30th Nov 2023, they charged me separately for telling me how to use an inhaler we have been using for a year. Without informing us, they billed it separately. This is not acceptable, and you have billed us incorrectly. The customer service desk says that as per the doctor's clinic notes, providing instructions is a separate service. I say RUN FOREST RUN!!! Will never come to you all again!!"
