"Do Not Move Here. The “assistant manager” HILDA is very unprofessional and does not know how to do her job. It’s so disappointing that they have her as the assistant manager. She lies about everything and is never helpful. Watch out for her. Also, the manager needs to be managed bc she is never doing her job. When she’s there all she does is hides in her back office. And when requesting to speak to her to address concerns she tells her front desk she’s not in or can’t speak to us knowingly she’s on the clock and in her office. They never help to resolve any issues. Not to mention MICE and ROACH infestation. Corporate will be notified."

"You get what you pay for. Very unprofessional management and Hilda the assistant manager needs better training and needs to understand what customers service is. She’s disrespectful to tenants. Do better."

"DON'T MOVE HERE!!! DON'T GET FOOLED!! I've been here 3 months & will be breaking my lease because of these problems Never being fixed. Very NASTY place. MICE & ROACH INFESTED. Mold & water damage. Management does NOT Fix anything for Months. I will be calling the Health Department on these Apartments. No one Cares about anything at these apartments."

"The staff from Rollingwood are simply the best! Great people, they are all super friendly and informative, super polite and funny too especially Jose! We had been looking for an apartment for a long time but we didn't found anything that fulfilled our needs. When we found these apartments and went there to ask for information, since the very first time we walked into the leasing office, they treated us very well and really went above and beyond to help us and seemed to perfectly understand the situation we were in. I am very grateful for them! Shout-out to Jose and Karen. Last but not least, the place is beautiful, we love our apartment, the layout is perfect for us! I recommend 100%."

"I moved to Rolling Wood Apartments 3 months ago. I am very happy I made this decision. It is a very family oriented community and has great amenities. My kids love to play in the playground in front of the house, and love stopping by the kids room by the office to play with other kids. The office staff and maintenance team have been really good and helpful resolving any issues I’ve had. I love my 2 bedroom apartment, new carpets, freshly painted walls etc! I was able to move in with a great move in special they were offering, so I couldn’t be happier. I decided to wait there 3 months to write this review to be a me to give an honest opinion! If you are looking for a nice place to live in the Houston area, with staff that truly cares about you and your family, Rolling Wood Apartments is definitely where you want to move! I definitely have no regrets!"
