"They will tow your vehicle without a warning. Towing signs are spread out sporadically where you will easily miss it. Visitor parking signs are NOT posted where a visit may park. Place is NOT maintained well. Walkway is UNSAFE. Housing authority needs to be notified. Deemed unsafe. Update: Manager and Security are disrespectful and have a disgusting approach."

I was a current resident here and since I’ve move into the apartments it’s been hell and hot water MAINTENANCE NEVER COME WHEN I WORK ORDER NEEDS DONE, the manager and her employee stuck together on a lot of unprofessional things, they are very rude & disrespectful when it comes to these apartments they are so fraud I’ve been there n always has a problem the pest is out of control not only are there rats & roaches but raccoons are also on the property the pentode property is disgusting from the outside to the inside they brake in your mailbox and lie and say they didn’t loud music always being played the entire day all day all night trash is always everywhere marda she’s another office worker who is fraud and disrespectful I DIDNT EVEN WANNA PUT NOT ONE STAR PLEASE DONT LET THE PAINTING JOB N GARDEN WORK FOOL YOU ITS E MESS AND NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY here I posted my lease the day it was up which was April 30 I was out the apartments before the time frame also email my vacate letter marda lied saying she never received my vacate letter when she provided me the email also she says they never had a email that goes by @verandabetterworldllc something like that but I have all my proof everyone who’s had a terrible experience I suggested you take this to the nearest court room"

"Worst place on earth to live! I have raches and mice and there is a party with 40 guests or mre every weekend! And they vandalize your car if you call about noise. Also there is always trash everywhere!"

"Great place to stay, management always helps out when we need them. There is resident events every month and it is fun. Every time I call in for a work order it is done within 1-2 days. Thanks, I will be renewing my lease for sure."
