"I actually really love my apartment and the layout of it, I especially LOVE the maintenance men here. They are literally so helpful and nice and always go above and beyond to fix things. This place is close to all the places one would need to go, And BEAUTIFUL SCENERY! However the office staff could use some work in the customer service department, Angelica always has an attitude and makes residents feel like we are a burden to come in the office. Anytime I have ever encountered the office staff with her in it she has been rude or try’s to are with a resident about opening the package locker (because we should be getting “emails “ when the Amazon employee confirmed if it’s not shipped through Amazon then an email will not come through for the locker) but other than that I really do love it here! I do wish they would fix the entrance gates though it would be nice to have that sense of security."
"Jasmine Morales greeted us with a great smile and helped us find the right apartment for our needs and showed the apartment before signing lease. Thanks to Angelica for working on the day before Christmas to hand keys to us. Moved here a couple of weeks ago and so far I have no major complains. Design and layout of these units are unique, most of the apartment units have attached garage with adequate uncovered parking for visitors."
"“Luxury” apartments are run down inside. Moved in to a hole under my kitchen cabinet which my cat crawled into. Bathtub had peeling paint which has become so much worse since we moved in. The air conditioner and dishwasher are constantly breaking. The payment portal is constantly down and sometimes the management will close the office early with no warning. They have crowded parking and recently started towing cars to make room. Except, they recently towed my car from my RESERVED parking spot which I pay for. The management is nice and it’s a place to live, that’s about it."
"there are thousands of other apartment complexes in Austin.. pick any of them. Pool closed for a month, ACs going out all over the complex and people are waiting weeks to get a response or repair. Apartment was disgusting and unclean when we arrived from across the county last year - After no response from management team I fixed many issues myself (including cleaning the food splatter and hair from the previous tenant) leasing manager took months to address some of items including a leaking toilet. Veronica always uses the response "we just took over the property, were working to make it better" but in the year she's been there in charge its gotten worse and she deletes reviews online that she doesnt like. Dont believe the pictures online, this is what the place really looks like!"
