"Spacious apartments for low rent. Lots of parking. Good location. Management went out of their way for me more than once during my stay."
"This place was a nightmare. When I arrived to move in they had changed my apartment number, after I had already put in a forwarding card with the post office, During the entire time I lived there they ignored most of my maintenance requests, lied to me about following up on simple things, and when their maintenance man did finally get to something he does a very poor job and doesn't appear to take any pride in his work. Lights went out in the front parking lot, then on our building, so half the complex was pitch dark and unsafe for the better part of two months, during which time I had a car window smashed. And the others are right about the laundry room, most of the time the machines are broken, and for a couple of months they just kept it locked instead of fixing them. They just don't care about maintaining anything. To top it off when my lease was up I thoroughly cleaned the place (which I regret now), and they never sent me a final statement or refund of the rest of my $300 deposit. They ignored my calls, and when I finally did get through to inquire the lady hung up on me. They're the worst apartment staff I have ever known, and are apparently thieves to boot. Beware."
"The stove works half the time. It doesn't even have a proper Outlet. I had to buy an extension cord to connect it to another Outlet that doesn't even have a cover to it. The dishwasher hasn't worked since we moved in it's been 3 months. The ice maker on the fridge was never connected. The kitchen cabinets don't have handles. The sink in the restroom and the tub were draining really slow since the first day maintenance wouldn't do anything about it so I had to pull out the last residents hairball out. The faucets in the restroom are also old moldy and cracked. The restroom door was also installed already cracked and missing a hinge. The door to the utility closet is upside down and scratches the floor when you open it. The baseboards don't even reach the floor. There's white paint all over the closets floor. You can tell they just paint it over dirty door frames and mold events. I have a studio which only has one large window which is a sliding door and I didn't have any blinds. There's a random hole under our sink. Since I've moved in there's been three leaks from up stairs. My friend has a similar Studio that was actually set up by the old management which was what I was expecting to move into. I feel like when we moved in, if it would have been our last day, we would not have gotten our deposit back. so after a year of living here how could I expect to get my deposit back. The reason we moved in was because our last lease was up and this place was 2 weeks late to set up our apartment, we had to crash with friends until then. I would recommend not moving in until the apartment you choose is that your liking because from what I hear from Neighbors you won't get much maintenance from here."
"Hopefully you won't have the experience that I've had. Everyone's different, so who knows. But in my experience... Worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. They look good, I give them that. They were very good looking when I was apartment shopping due to the renovations, but I had a terrible experience with the management. Closer to the end of my lease, the office managers tried to be better. But didn't do a good job. Money hungry individuals, and greedy. To my beliefs, they own a couple apartment complexes, so I've heard from neighbors, who also have been having a terrible experience. Which would explain why there's no office hours posted. Because people in charge aren't there often. The washer and dryers always break. They were tired of hearing about it from everyone, so they put some signs up that tell us what to do and who to call when they are broken. So they don't have to mess with it. Or buy new ones. There's also not many units at all. Everyone is sharing 4 washers and 4 dryers. One time I didn't have electricity for 5 days. I didn't know the status on the repair so I called an electrician, then I called them to let them know who I called. Tried to change agreements on lease after it was discussed prior. When I told them it was discussed before, he had to "look in their notes," to make sure that I was right, which I was. And honestly, I went to the office a few times when people were there and they told me they weren't the office managers or employees. So I'm not sure who those people are, but not who needed to be there. I wouldn't waste your time with this place. Just moved out last week. Finished moving then came back Saturday to deep clean the entire place to get my deposit back. And turns out the previous landlord that we initially leased from told them that we didn't pay one. So that's that. The only reason we went back Saturday to clean was to get that deposit back. So if you do lease from here, make sure you always have a paper trail or proof of EVERYTHING AND EVERY INTERACTION with anyone involved with this place. Good luck to you all!"
"I decided to revise this review after living here for some time. I am going to be honest, its an apartment. It is was it is. The good? its relatively cheap in price, its spacious, its not too far from the city and is close to multiple bus stops to make it easy to travel if you don't have a car. It also has google fiber (one of the ways they have been progressively changing the apartments appeal) The bad? It seems like this place has attracted a few relatively negative people than I am comfortable living near. Some neighbors has had cops, firetrucks and EMTs coming to the apartment on a weekly basis this entire month. At times, you could certainly feel unsafe with the amount of people who walk through the parking area at night, digging through trash or groups of people with not the friendliest body language sometimes huddled by their cars during night time in some cases. The apartment itself doesn't have ventilation and my apartment in particular has absolutely no natural light coming in through the living room. I would recommend the apartment taking note to remove the middle ceiling in the parts of the hallways at some apartments to allow natural light to come in. The only source is through 1 window in the bedroom. The management seems nice and it looks as if they are working on making changes in a progressive way but it still needs work. When first moving in, the stove/ oven never worked until we called someone to come over, it took about 5 days for someone to fix this issue but the individual did it in a manner that was pleasing and was happy so I was happy about that. So how should this make you feel? Just because I have this opinion of it, doesn't mean its not perfect for your needs and what your able to afford. If you have the extra money and this location isn't ideal, I would definitely look into other better options."
