"I've lived here for around 15 years and there has been so many ongoing updgrades to this community...more than have happened in all my years living here.I especially enjoy the new upgraded exterior lighting. The New Manager Terrie is the bomb I tell you.This Lady has gone above and beyond to make my stay here better than it's ever been and Lauren compliments her very well, they are a great management team."

"Then they lost my Rent money and have the audacity to say i should have kept up with the receipt. I didn't think yall were irresponsible especially handling people rent. I have to pay it back because i threw away the money order receipt by accident. Now there's no proof. Always take a picture of your Money Order here. UPDATE they found my rent money 4 weeks later. Now were good! Always pay online i say. New Management took over in Nov 2022. Connie is nice she makes sure you’re comfortable here. She trys her best to be understandable the Karina she pretends shes cool but she talks about all the tenants. She is no longer employed there. The New Lady Ms.Janie seems very cool and nice and understanding :) Maintenance is Great you request something they come that same Day! Good Job guys!"

"I would not Recommend living here!!!! Yeah the rent is a nice price which is good but the maintenance is horrible!!! We had mole in our apartment because the upstairs apartment had a bad leakage water was coming our apartment and took them a while to come fix it then they came and painted over it, 3 weeks later it was leaking again from upstairs and the mole came back then the garbage disposal was leaking water took a while to fixed that all they cared about is they rented money I have 2 children in the apartment under the age of 2 but they didn’t care, but it’s okay bc they will have a lawsuit coming!"
