"I lived at the Shiloh and ended up breaking my lease due to the living conditions, inconveniences, and poor management. Pros: - Nice amenities - Nice apartment interiors - Monica is the best employee at the Shiloh and is the reason this post gets higher ratings. Cons: -My biggest compliant had to be the construction off of Old Bee Caves Rd. When singing my lease I was told the construction would not last more than a month. Almost a year later and the construction is still on going. The construction is loud and required many water shut offs/power outages that would last for HOURS at a time. - Okay-bad management - Poorly maintained common areas. Often times very dirty. - Parking situation is a nightmare - Thin walls, I could hear all of my neighbors - Expensive for what you get"
"I have lived here for a little over a month and since then have had a great experience. Any issues that I have encountered always get resolved quickly. I have worked with Mia several times and she is always friendly and very quick to find me a resolution. Logan and the rest of the maintenance team have been great as well and always handle my requests promptly. I appreciate you guys!"
"If you enjoy vehicle break-ins, property gates stuck or broken in the open position… this is the place you should live. If you enjoy your packages stolen or strewn all over the property mailroom in building 1 for anybody to open/take… this is the place you should live. “On-site” security patrols are realistically only on-site while they drive through the property. If needed, you’ll have to call and wait an extended period of time for security to respond from an off-site location. Exterior doors to buildings broken/unsecured even though management is notified by multiple residents… if you enjoy non-residents in your hallways, banging on doors…. This is the place you should live. If you enjoy hallways smelling like rotting garbage or soiled cat litter (my favorite ), and dog urine stained carpet… live here, you’ll love it."
"I have seen several properties in the north and south Austin areas over the past year and The Shiloh is by far the most beautiful property I have seen to date (yes! even while still under construction). I chose an A6 floor plan which I am absolutely in love with, but, beyond my direct living space, I am extremely impressed with the residents clubhouse ... the finishes are beautiful ... there are TVs everywhere and each section is a different feel. It's a comfortable setting for any informal event and a great place to work with a conference room and secluded areas if you're working from home. Lastly, I wanted to commend the leasing team for their attention and diligence throughout the application process. I was able to tour the property through SmartCity locators and from then on, the leasing team made sure to communicate and guide me through the process so that I could move in with no delays! While the team as a whole was great, Shelbie Christopher took the initiative to personally share my urgency after I expressed how much I loved the property and made sure that I stayed updated on approval and was honest about what to expect upon move in. This property is brand new and with new developments come issues, but people like Shelbie deserve what promotions are coming their way and more ... she has worked damn near every hour of the day from my perspective and every time I pass the leasing office at night I see the lights on. She's a rockstar human and I would not have been able move-in in the timeline I wanted without her and the rest of the leasing team's help! 10 STARS!!!!!!!"
