"So, I don’t dish out 5 star ratings much... but in a town like Moline and the surrounding quad cities (and I’m willing to bet, in probably all of Iowa), this is by far the best viet food you’re gonna get! I highly recommend this to all if you’re in the area. I got the traditional pho and traditional spring rolls - both exactly what you need on a cold winter day and was delicious. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in Moline again."

"Viet latte was delightful. Perfect temperature to not burn your tongue. Pho was good. Wish the hoisin and chili sauce was separated. The items being pre mixed made my pho a little to spicy for me. Good is portion sizes. There is very little need for a to-go box. My partner enjoyed her red pork rice. It is a great place for a casual date. Price is high, but flavor makes up for it."

"Miss Phay Cafe has a fantastic variety of Thai and Vietnamese dishes. The pot stickers are crispy and flavorful. I tried the chicken pad thai, which you can request to be made spicy with pepper flakes. Cocktails and mocktails are available, and just like the food, they are served beautifully and garnished nicely. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely with exposed brick and soft lighting. I received excellent service at the bar and will definitely return to Miss Phay Cafe when I travel back to to Davenport."
