"If you look at the reviews, the negatives ones are all within the past year when they changed management. The 5 stars are all from a year ago with the previous management team. I love the location and I love my unit. The property is beautiful. It's a rental so the quality isn't great, but it's good for a rental. I moved in right after they were built and have been here for a couple years, but will be moving as soon as my lease is up or earlier. I had planned to stay for 3 more years, but it's always something with the front office. Unfortunately, mgmt makes or breaks these rental properties and the current management is rude, unhelpful and generally just couldn't care less once you sign on the dotted line. I deal with someone different every time I go into the office (I guess they rotate properties?) so no one knows anything and has to get back to you. When I moved in, I knew the people in the front office, they were very helpful and one of them lived on site which reflected in how he cared for the residents and the community. I would avoid this place until the management issues have been resolved, but the units and property are great! Overall, it's like most rentals, they are all smiles until you sign, then they don't owe you anything."

"If I could do zero stars, I would. DO NOT move here. Poorly constructed - probably not even up to building code. The pricing is rigged to rip people off. This dump is not worth the money."

"Horrible experience and place. I’ve heard from similar neighbors and they each have their own experiences that were bad especially with management and employees from Brisa who had restraining orders placed against them. toshi especially the property manager, can lose her temper and is unprofessional. They have switched management and staff several times over the last year. There are so many residents trying to end their lease early. I never leave reviews but feel obligated to do so. They should have negative starts because thats what they deserve. They also didn't have the proper funding to complete the property. Just go see for yourself. No parking, no front doors, shutters on the windows around the property are here and there. Again, lack of funding so they over charge to make up for it. Don't just read this go look at everything . They also delete the negative reviews. Watch this will be gone soon. There were so many more trying to update potential families wanting to come here to give honest reviews."

"I've been living in Brisa since the 27th of December 2021, I'm their first resident. Carter, Arny and Robert are excellent, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I have to specially thank Carter for helping us locate the right unit and making everything go as smoothly as possible. We relocated from Czech Republic and weren't familiar with many things, he's been there to help guide us through setting up services, moving and tips around the area. I also have to call out the maintenance crew, specially David who have been prompt to fix/fine tune the details which are usual of a new property."
