"I'll leave this here! Perhaps this will save your money, time, and nerves. What do you need to know : The gate doesn't work most of the time! The staff who mows the grass will ruin your car; our cars are terribly beaten and scratched over the course of a year of residence. Garbage cans are often overflowing and there is nowhere to throw the trash. There is a lot of dog excrement in some places. Very dirty stairs and landings at the entrance doors. The office operates on an unclear schedule, which does not coincide with that indicated on the website. The staff do not want to communicate and solve the problems of the residents. You will simply be kicked out the door. We had such an experience. If you move into an apartment where there is carpet, do not be lazy and check it with an ultraviolet lamp, also lift the carpet and check it for stains, otherwise you will be forced to pay for a replacement. A month after leaving, we received an invoice for $1,530. Be careful !!! Be careful ! If you've never had any pets in your apartment, they could ask you to pay over $1,500 in damages caused by the animals! I don't recommend you Red Stone Ranch . I'll add a photo later!"

"I have never left reviews. But this is the case when it is very necessary so that you do not end up in such a situation! I have never experienced such humiliation and insult. A month after leaving the apartment, without any explanation or informing me, the office billed me more than $1,600. They stated that there was damage in the apartment caused by animals! We have never had or kept animals! Money ! Money ! Money ! Nothing else interests the guys from the office! No one cares that we NEVER had animals in our apartment! We strongly do not recommend that you live in Red Stone Ranch !!!"

"First, do not fall for the fancy furnishings as I can tell you now they are a front trying to make many scars seem harmless. I must express my utmost disappointment with my 15-month residency at Redstone Ranch. It pains me to recount the litany of issues I encountered during my stay, but it is only fair to warn prospective tenants about the dismal experiences I endured. First and foremost, the maintenance team at Redstone Ranch seems to operate with an alarming disregard for residents' privacy. They have a penchant for barging into apartments whenever it pleases them, treating tenants' homes as if they were public spaces, not private sanctuaries. This blatant intrusion on personal space is not only disconcerting but also completely unacceptable. My grievances extend to the renovation team, whose work left much to be desired. To add insult to injury, I received no compensation for the subpar renovations they inflicted upon my apartment. The so-called improvements they made were nothing short of shoddy craftsmanship, resulting in a living space that was hardly worth the exorbitant rent we were charged. The staff at Redstone Ranch were a source of constant frustration. With the exception of Nicole, who was an absolute gem, the rest of the team displayed a level of rudeness that left me dumbfounded. It is nothing short of ironic that, before Nicole's employment, one had to rely on sheer luck to receive even remotely decent service in exchange for the hefty sum we paid for these poorly renovated apartments. My initial disappointment began when I visited the apartment I had intended to move into, which was touted as "move-in ready." In reality, it was anything but. The pervasive odor of weed permeated the air, cracks and scratches marred every surface, and the wood finishing appeared as though it had been savaged by an overzealous dog. In sum, my tenure at Redstone Ranch was marked by an array of misfortunes, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of regard for tenant satisfaction. I would advise anyone considering this establishment to think twice before parting with their hard-earned money. Side note: Wasp nests everywhere, and complete disregard for people's vehicles. At my stay they resprayed parking paint and got it on my car, aswell as some kind of mortar that hardened ans stripped the paint. with no compensation for my vehicles damage. Sn2: Thank you Nicole for being the best and only part of the positive experience we had at redstone ranch Let's see how much money they are going to gouge us for upon move out shall we?"

"Very happy to have found this place!!!!! Smooth and seamless experience. As a first time renter it has been hard to navigate the ins and outs of finding an apartment. But the whole process at Red Stone Ranch has made it such a enjoyable and exciting experience. Everything was online with access to a leasing agent through text the whole time, it took a lot of pressure off of me and my boyfriend because we got to go through the whole process at our own pace. Definitely would recommend here !!! From everything to the location, staff, and apartments themselves we love it all :)"

"My unit has many water leak issue from the up stair. The leaking issue occurred before an year. However, the issue back again. When they do the renovate work on the upstairs. When who live in upstair there is not many leak but the main leak issue started to occur when they start the renovate work. The leaking issue occurred in master bedroom. And another leaking issue occur in the guest bathroom, and bathroom at this time. However, They just set the dryer in my unit without notice. And even I get many inconvenience with this leak, and with dryer noise during overnight the community do not give any monthly rent discount or compensation for my inconvenience by water leaking from the sealing. And also, They put using the electricity for the three dryer in my for drying the sealing leak, but they did not give any support for the electric bill. I take all of this convenience during the leak issue, and the biggest problem is this leak issue not occur only one time. And They increase my rent about $250/month every year, even nothing improve. I live in here around 2yrs now but I plan to move out from here because of the old property, and disappointed with office's response. Please I strongly do not recommend to live in this community!!!!!"
