"With all the construction and traffic you figured there would be a little leniency past the 15 minutes. My wife showed up 3 minutes pass the 15 minutes and got turned down. Appointments are 3-4 months out. We are done with Texas children’s. The receptionist could have at least asked the provider to see them but didn’t even do that. No one else was even there and the still said no. My wife called them to tell them she’d be late and they called her back to tell her that our son would be seen by someone other than we requested. On the day and time of appointment mind you rather than before."

"Needs a larger waiting room only 10 chairs and small space. Extremely loud with kids and overwhelming for those with sensory issues."

"I had an appointment for May 11 which I took off work for. They sent me a cancellation around 3 pm the day prior saying the doctor wasn't going to be there and to call and schedule an appointment. Common courtesy would have been to call and give me a new appointment that's close to what I originally scheduled at the minimum. Now there are no appointments available till August so my daughter has to deal with additional ear infections because they decided to cancel last minute and not have the decency to provide another appointment."

"Caring and friendly staff. We have only ever had a great experience here. The nurses, the front office staff, and the doctors we have seen have gone above and beyond to make sure our children were taken care of."

"The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions. Rchel was very kind very professional and patient with my son. My son is autistic so it can be very hard to do a hearing screen on him. It was a battle to put the device in his ear to check his hearing, but Rachel was very patient and knowledgeable of her job and had a few tricks up her sleeve and she got it done!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!"
