"I have a family member living here . It use to be very nice however it has really gone downhill in the last 1-1/2 years . The pool has not been cared for and is turning green . The hallways and elevators are dirty with stained flooring and have a bad odor . Residents pets urinate in the elevators and it’s just left there to dry Management keeps changing and the property is being neglected. It’s concerning that many seniors with health concerns are living here and nothing is being disinfected or cleaned regularly ."
