"This one has gone downhill fast. I know there are lots of people needing quality staff but 2 1/2 hours for 1 pizza and salad? I have ordered multiple times from here and it just continues to get worse. You need to be updating the online tracker to have the estimated time more accurate or stop taking orders till this location can handle orders. I canceled my order and drove to bethalto with it ready within normal time."
"I'm so tired of not being able to order. I constantly have troubles with your app. They send me emails all the time and when I sign in it's says not found wrong email and password I know it's right. It never lets me donate to st. Jude's either. Pizzas been burnt, dried out, sloppy, or not cooked all the way. Let me run that Domino's I guarantee those employees will work and learn to make pretty pizzas. And that place would also be very clean and would get a lot more business. I can guarantee that. I pretty much run a store now and I worked with very lazy young men and know they work for their paycheck and the store is much cleaner and nicer and we have more business. Get that Domino's in check and you will get more Happy customers and business."
"Consistently the slowest Domino's I've ever ordered from. Over the past few years we've given them chance after chance, because, frustratingly enough, the food is quite good when the stars align and it gets delivered within an hour-and-a -half of placing the order. But tonight marks the third consecutive order that's arrived two hours after payment, and I'm terribly disappointed. If pickup is the only way to actually get food from here, then I'd rather just travel the extra 2 minutes to Joe's for a better product overall... Worst of all, absolutely no updates are ever given by the local store alerting me that the delivery time of "35 minutes" on the website were wildly underestimated. And when I call 2 hours later to get some form information on our order, the delay is routinely blamed on staffing shortages. Apologies for the atypically grumpy review; but writing on an empty stomach leads to all sorts of grumblings... After 2.5 hours of waiting, we had to cancel our order and go get Taco Bell."
"Used free pizza rewards rewards in an order, after waiting, saw it was still in prep and asked if I could add something, was told no only if I pay another delivery charge, then was told it would be a minimum of an hour and a half but since I had to go to work before then I told her (the manager) to cancel the entire order. She said I won’t get my points back either. Then I saw in my camera that the driver showed up anyway and the order showed complete on my app and he walked away with the pizza. Countless unreliable experiences at this location. Don’t waste your time or money."
"I have placed a few orders with the Domino's in East Alton, IL. My family is not small either, my orders are always 60 to 80 dollars every time. Every single time I have ordered, the pizzas come burnt, toppings dried out, and most of the time when I order it says 35 to 45 min wait time, but I don't get my order for atleast 90 mins. I have filed complaints through their website, through the track your order, and have never been able to get anything resolved. I have wasted alot of money giving them extra chances thinking maybe it's bad staffing, bad day, or something, but have never had a good out come. I have placed a few orders over the course of 2 years, and have never had a good experience. Have never gotten money back for a bad order, or the order corrected in any way. I'm not sure I will ever trust a Domino's restraint again if the Higher up people can't even respond to a complaint after I can't get the store itself to correct it either. I will take my money and my business else where."
