"The lady that you first speak with is very disorganized. The apartment she showed us had roaches as soon as she opened the door, which this should have been my first warning signed but I kept going with it. After that told me a different price than over the phone for deposit and application fees, let that slide, could have Been an honest mistake, so I let it go. Then she made it seem that she was the landlord when in fact she is not. She told us as soon as we paid the first months rent we would be able to move in on that Tuesday. Gave only the deposit and application fee, thinking they would go ahead and start the process so we could move in. That day comes and she stated they haven’t even started my application! And that I would have to wait until the real landland returns! Got the light turned on and everything to move in just to find out my application never was even sent! I would never given this place business if I knew they were a bunch of slumlords. Never even met the real landlord because he was on vacation, which wasn’t disclosed to us at all. This place is not even worth what they were trying to charge us."

"Very bad, in poor condition, very neglected and dirty, there is no security, they do not respect parking"

"Very dirty inside roaches and you can tell the walls have been painted over alot and the mananger here is mean I wouldnt stay here if i were you i would stay at red bluff aparments that are about same price all bills payed not like here were you have to pay lights and at red bluff they are 10 times nicer."

"The Meadowcreek Apartments are under new management. They are fixing everything from the outside to the inside. Very promt on repairs."
