"Once again communication is not upheld. The management team replied that I provided a conflicting forwarding address, which is false. One, my forwarding address was on the application and confirmed several times with Alicia. Additionally, I provided my address in an email that was not responded to. To say my refund was delayed due to my co-application is news to me. I was told I would receive a check by December 11th. No check received. Supposedly, Alicia shared that a stopped payment would need to be issued and another check would expedited. It was not until, January 4th, that I received a call informing me I could have picked up a check at the leasing office on the 3rd. Therefore it was mailed, and I should expected it by January 9th. Finally, check received on the 10th. I feel the process is messed up and should not take this long to receive a refund. Why not certify?"

"This apartment community is quick to take future tenants' deposits and does not like to refund them. Communication is a joke. The leasing office nor the investor Group, Morgan does not return calls or emails. I was assured my deposit would be refunded in 30 days, it has been two months. Alicia the manager is never in the office so I am told. Or it may that Iami does not forward my messages. This is disappointing!!!! BBB complaint being filed."

"I can't praise my apartment's management team enough. Alisia and Imani go above and beyond to ensure resident happiness. Not to be overlooked, the maintenance team. They consistently deliver efficient and top-notch service. It’s clear to see they truly care about the community.Thank you to the Inverness team for a great living experience!"

"Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I could! Their communication is awful- they denied our application because of how we filled it out, which we could have easily fixed, but then didn’t tell us we were denied for over 2 weeks so we had to scramble to find somewhere else. We had already put down a several hundred dollar deposit since they had previously pre-approved us (not that that mattered) and it has now been over 3 months and we STILL have not gotten our deposit back, even after calling, emailing and going in person to the office twice. They are completely disorganized; all of our issues could have been avoided had they simply communicated with us promptly. Can’t imagine what they must be like as landlords if they can’t even handle refunding a deposit to non-tenants."
