"I moved Into place at greenway in 2020 during the pandemic. The first time I saw it I was blown away by the well kept landscaping, and the friendly neighbors but since than they’ve changed ownership it’s literally gone to complete trash! The maintenance is TERRIBLE!, they’ve had homeless people camping out in tents,I’ve had mold in my apartment, a caved in ceiling in my master bath that stayed there for about three weeks before they fixed it! and when they did come it was only to plaster over the leak from the busted pipe located in the unit above me that caused the ceiling to come down in the first place! Only for it a to happen again a few weeks later! The only reason I renewed my lease was because of Mrs. Nichole In the leasing office she was always very approachable & willing to do whatever it took to ensure the happiness of her tenants, besides that I wholeheartedly have nothing positive to say about this property besides “RUN”!! I’m grateful for the positive experiences that I did have here although they were short lived. I wouldn’t buy into the false narratives they’ll sell you to move in! It’s not worth it! Tenants of 11+ years are moving out because it’s literally becoming the ghetto whoever owns it now are definitely slumlords."

"The leasing agents were amazing, Nichole Bashire was a godsend. After weeks of searching countless properties and dealing with agents that frankly didn't seem to care, she took the time to work with our needs and budget to find us a home, not just a place to stay. Its a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. I fully understand why most residents have lived there for so long."

"To the manager and the property management company, There has been an agreement with a transaction completing completing the payments due And that payment was paid that was a owed electric bill That name paid for & was documented & you acknowledges as an agreement. I have talked to Nicole, the assistant manager Due to being sent a notification of an amount do being an owed electric bill Which impact is false information And falsified company policy services due non compliance to documentation And furthermore, is a non authorized business transaction by override official official supervision. This is another prayer warning that again the place that greenway property Leasing office agents. have continue and are violating my rights and discriminating against me without authorization & per unprofessional discretionary determinations And it was also said by the manager And it was also said by the manager. That there will be no legal issues that there will be no legal issues due to the owed electric bill was paid in full. No leasing agents or property management agent can encounter no legal matters due to there are no illegal matters..."

"Lived there for around 2 years and honestly I’m glad I left. They changed management while I was there, and it made things a bit better but the place is still falling apart. The complex in itself is old so things would get ruined quicker. Since everything is older the electric bill would come very high, specially in the summer so beware of that. Roach infestation everywhere! Even had some before I had moved my stuff in, and that never changed through my time there. Also the place began to feel very unsafe, the entrance gate would be broken and left open for over 2 weeks and wouldn’t get fixed making it an open invitation for anyone to go into the complex. Overall yeah the location is good but I wouldn’t spend my money to live there."

"This place used to be an ideal place to live, located inside the loop and close to shops, restaurants, movie theathers and close to main highways. But owners have left the community to run down, under staffed, dirty and starting to feel unsafe. Pool have been closed for months, exercise rooms that have no equipment as tenants stole the weights during the pandemic. Parking lot gates that are an open invitation for thugs to enter the community without been noticed. Tenants leaving garbage outside the common areas, inviting pest and creating an unhealthy and dirty enviroment. Work and maintenance orders that are uncompleted by the maintenace staff. Management that are unresponsive to the complains of tenants living in the apartment complex. Are you sure that you want to live here? Update 06/08/22 Management has installed security camaras in every single gate of the apartment complex, hired a company that will pick up garbage 5 days a week. Pool is finally getting ready to open for the hot days of summer in Houston. Improvements have been happening and Shama the manager is doing a tremendous job keeping up with the challenges that the complex brings on a daily basis. The Place at Greenway could be the perfect place to live with lots of potential. Update 07/04/22 Happy 4th of July! It's a hot day in Houston and we have no funtioning pool! Although the complex has made many great improvements.The pool needs a lot of work, it gives the illusion of a swamp, highlighted by its green algea color. At first approach looks like a Chernobyl toxic nuclear waste dump. It is time to call the health department. Welcome to The Place at Greenway Swap! 08/04/22 Update Straight out of “Blue Lagoon” movie set! Houston we have a working pool and seems like the management has been making huge strides to keep that way. Congratulations to the entire team under the guidance of their manager. Shama, the property manager always addresses you with kindness and respect. She is always ready to address the needs of the tenants living in the property. Thank you!"
