"So, we finally got this awesome maintenence technician, Jonathan, who saved the day with our dryer problems. He knew his stuff inside out and fixed things up real quick. Now, our dryer runs perfectly - no more waiting around forever for clothes to dry. Plus, it's using way less energy, which is a win-win. Huge shoutout to our new hero for making laundry way less of a hassle!!"

"Maintenance issues all the time, shooting, cars being broken into, water heater closet constantly leaks into the bathroom floors after heavy rain making it so you have to put down towels so that the floor isn’t soaked, people taking your assigned parking and when you go to the leasing office for help, you yourself get a parking violation on your own car! Office team does not like to help or send maintenance unless you go to them directly when you’ve had a maintenance request in for weeks. Not friendly staff and will roll their eyes at you when you explain the problems. Bad time, will be looking for new apartments once lease is up. Was good in the beginning but now they don’t care."

"DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! Update: These people are so unserious. Kira (property manager) literally didn’t not allow me to properly state my case without continually interrupting me being defensive. I literally had to tell her to let me finish my sentences. It’s Day 10 still without any running water, the oven doesn’t get hot, the stove doesn’t get hot, and the fridge doesn’t get cold. The leak or whatever is going on still hasn’t been fixed and all they could do was put more holes in my walls and water damage starting to show on the walls. I literally can’t eat properly cause most food needs refrigeration. And I can’t even use canned goods or any of that stuff because I can’t use the stove. I pretty much have to go out of my way to eat out and buy microwavable food I’m spending more money that I need to spend on things as a college student. My body can’t take it anymore and this is not my lifestyle. I’m starting to become sick because of this living situation. Their urgency here is literally zero and the fact that they move me into a unit that they knew the stuff doesn’t work as if there isn’t 8 plus vacant units here. Original: I just moved here July 31st and I still don't have running water. The leasing people and maintenance are nice so far, but I'm tired of having to see there faces an unnecessary amount of times. On the 31st around 3:00pm, I was told that things were going to get fixed. I left to go to my old apartment and when I arrived back at 10:00pm, guess what, same problems On the 1st of August I went to the desk and told Sarah everything I had issues with. They said they would let maintenance know. I left for the day by 1:50pm and when I arrived back at 10:30pm. SAME ISSUE TODAY I WAKE UP AT 7:11am AND I STILL DON’T HAVE RUNNING WATER. Now it’s 2:22 and now all they can do is put more holes in my wall like really. And I had to ask multiple times like bro I’m at work having to beg for basic living quality. What am I paying $1400+ for then. Upon moving, my water wasn’t running, refrigerator wasn't cold, oven and stove aren’t working and it's missing racks, washer broken and there were live spiders and small dead bugs throughout the premesis. There is a hole in the walls, space between the cabinets, etc Now all is happening is more holes that are gonna take forever to cover and paint causing me more inconvenience. This is so disappointing."

"Updated review: the complex was bought out in the fall & everyone is now a rent check, instead of a resident. Management is dismissive and lacks empathy for situations they are responsible for remedying. Emails also frequently go ignored. The only staff members who care are maintenance, Cory & Tony. I have lived here since Feb of 2021 & went from being my best apartment experience yet to the worst. Black mold growing in the furnace & water heater closet, which management tried to call chipped/old paint. There was a flood that affected multiple apartments and they have refused to relocate those affected. Mold is actively growing, which management likes to call “mildew.” Attached pictures show otherwise. Horrible management, stay away!!!!! The DEA has been in the complex before as well as a few shootings. Rent is increasing 40% for old apartments, increased crime & no planned upgrades. When asked for an explanation, it was simply, “these are the rates.” & don’t let you have an issue; they’ll treat you like a nuisance. Because you should be grateful to be paying and living in a molding apartment, right? No positives, keep looking! August 2022: I’ve been here about a year & a half now. I am always pleased with the front desk staff, especially Abel & his eagerness to make sure residents are taken care of. The maintenance staff is great as well, all very friendly & orders are handled almost immediately. It’s also quiet, which is important to me!"
