"This apartment management will not fix issues with amenities and they fail to effectively communicate. My dryer has been having issues for months, I have made many maintenance requests to no avail. They love to mark a maintenance request as “complete” without even coming to my apartment to check it. Now they have informed me that too many residents have had issues with their dryer, so what’s their solution? They have decided to just not replace anyone’s dryer and take it away as an amenity. They told me that if they can’t fix it they are just going to take it away and I will need to buy my own. When I signed my lease, an in unit washer and dryer was an included amenity. Completely unprofessional! Rather than constantly replacing cheap appliances they need to invest into nicer ones that will not have issues. But instead they would rather make it the residents problem. Then my dishwasher completely stopped working mid cycle. They have been telling me for the past 2.5 weeks that it’s under warranty and they were trying to schedule a technician but just waiting for “a date”, then today they informed me it’s no longer under warranty so they are ordering a new one, but of course they could not give me a date as to when the issue will be fixed. They are completely unprofessional. They claim to be “luxury apartments” but there is nothing luxurious about broken amenities and management who fails to address resident complaints. Additionally, there is so much trash on the property, and homeless people with more trash behind my apartment, which again management fails to address. DO NOT MOVE HERE! My rent is paid on time every month yet they feel that the failed amenities aren’t they’re problem. From the beginning of moving in, this has been a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to live here. I wish I would have looked at their BBB rating prior - don’t make the same mistake I did. Edit/update: First I would like to clarify that my issue is with management and not the maintenance man, Jose, he does the best he can and I believe that he is the only maintenance man for the entire complex, with occasional helpers, so he is likely over worked. After writing the original review, Jose did come to my apartment and attempted to fix my dryer, however he was unable to do so. He was kind enough to replace the dryer for me with one that is in working condition - after management told me that he would only take away my old one. He also fixed my dishwasher and had no idea that management informed me that a technician would not be coming out, so again another issue on managements part with lack of communication, even to their employee. So a big thank you to Jose for going above and beyond for me. I will not adjust my rating as it reflects the rating of the management, however, I would give Jose himself 5 stars. While Jose did rectify the situation, it was no thanks to management at all, so I still do not recommend moving here as there’s only so much he can do and it’s unlikely everyone else would get as lucky. Management needs to rethink how they do business and be more transparent with tenants prior to signing leases."

"If you plan on renting here, DO NOT RENT APT 6212 it's full of mold in the bathroom. My mother used to leave there. Thank God she finally moved out! She told management about this so many times and they only paint over it!!!! Do you know how bad that is for your health!!!! They do not care about their tenants. Also, my mom kept her apartment super clean. There were ALWAYS roaches in her apartment. The people leaving upstairs as well, they make noise ALL NIGHT! It doesn't matter if you ask them nicely to stop they will not. Good luck if you are already there."

"I am so frustrated with this apartment complex, mainly the leasing office. I recently moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3. I have had to pay additional fees every month now for things that could have been avoided with better communication. For instance, last month I had to pay a fee because my lights were not transferred over on the date we signed the lease, but the apartment manager told me at the time that I wouldn’t have to if I just don’t use any electricity. I would have transferred them a few days sooner if she would have given me the correct information. I’ve been waiting to talk to her about getting that credited, I haven’t received a call and it’s been a month. Today, I was charged a fee because I did not include the apartment complex on my insurance policy. I wasn’t aware I had to, don’t complexes have their own insurance? When I called to ask about it, the assistant manager Theresa “Bettingcourt” (I’ll eat my hat if that’s her real last name, getting it was like pulling teeth) replied that the policy has been in place since this management company took over in 2021. When I informed her that I have been living there since before then and I would have appreciated being informed of the change at ANY POINT before being charged this fee, including when I gave them the updated policy, that woman couldn’t have cared any less. I asked to speak to the manager, of course she wasn’t in and Theresa didn’t know when she would be in. She wouldn’t inform me of the correct way to complain to corporate, so I am posting a review hoping they see it and yall prospective tenants will be more informed before leasing here. Besides that, dogs poop all over the place and there are never enough bags to pick it up so your kids play around feces. The gate is always broken and there is only one dumpster with a compactor no one ever uses, so trash is backed up at the entrance every weekend. The pool is often gated shut in the summer because people from outside the complex sneak in and use it. Maintenance tries their hardest so I respect them, but that leasing office leaves a LOT to be desired. Choose carefully."

"This is a horrible place to live and if i could give it zero stars I would. They are unorganized and the staff switches every month. The units are cheaply renovated, I mean paint stuck to the bottom of my cup when i pick it up out of the cabinet. The staff are some of worst I have ever encountered and their attidude and and the way they treat their residents is demeaning. The maintenance wouldnt come even if the whole apartment was flooded. This was this biggest mistake I made in 2022 thus far and if i could sue for mental pain and suffering I would."
