"Coming from apartment rental sites, this address is being listed as "Luxury Properties" and has photos that are nice and rendered to look super nice. It has the listing for $700 and up which sounds too good to be true for what is shown on the pictures but after looking at the actual reviews here that price point makes sense now. Yikes if this place is trying to advertise as something else on these rental sites."

"If I could give them a 0 star I would. They have no customer service! My truck got towed even though my sticker didn’t expire until August! When I call to talk to the office Elizabeth answers the phone and basically has every excuse in the book and does not let me finish talking and starts raising her voice at me. Tells me that there were four flyers left at my door letting me know I needed to update my sticker. Like seriously if I recieved four notices do you think I wouldn’t had asked for my FREE updated sticker when I went to pay my rent????? Then she tells me they even extended the deadline a week because they saw in their system that many people didn’t renew? Oh ok. So you couldn’t let me know the day I paid my rent? Then I speak to manager Jane and apparently she lives with me or reads minds and is so sure I recieved the four flyers and calls me a lier. Raising her voice and hung up on my face!! More than the fact that I had to pay $250 to get my truck the fact that not even the manager can give a solution that assures me this will not happen again and they will figure out a different way to give notice irritated me the most. I can’t even be sure My truck will be there the next morning, I guess i have to do HER job and call every week to make sure there was no update that I didn’t receive! This is seriously ridiculous. This is coming from me that I am a manager as well and it is my duty to have my customers happy! Finding a solution to keep them at ease! Not everyone is made to work in a customer service job! I do not recommend! Just look at all these bad reviews! Listen to them guys!"
