"Cool wood is very sad to me I was informed that as long you don't owe debt to housing you would get approved my name came upon the list and she told me my rent everything but I was turned down pregnant and all with 1 child because I owed an apartment 4years ago that was not on housing or section 8 I would never apply here"

"Coolwood has roaches and the staff is ghetto. That’s the only downside. Other than that I didn’t have any issues with crime, the apartment layout was fine, kid friendly and located next to a lot of food places. They are also income based"
