Big Bass Apartments

"Do not rent here. There's a billion things wrong with our unit that we keep having to report every month and they never get fixed. There's almost never anyone in the front office and when they are present they're rude as heck and don't take complaints seriously. We routinely have to call the sheriff for noise complaints and such that the front office won't do anything about, and it's hit a point I can't work from home because we have loud neighbors that don't care and I can't focus and the front office doesn't care and the sheriff can't do anything unless it's past 10pm so I'm just screwed all day long. On top of that the elevators break a lot, the place frequently smells like smoke, chemicals and sewage and there's kids that run around at all hours screaming in the hallways and being loud. And the doors aren't at all sealed or insulated so we can hear conversations when we pass apartments and of anyone walking by in the hallways, especially because the halls are so echoy. It's hell, and we can't wait to get out of here."

"Sadly, the management here is insensitive to the choice of residents they allow to rent here. The complex is known for giving offenders, recovering addicts, etc. a second chance on life which is a plus, but I do feel that the management could address their concerns with their tenants in a professional manner. Regardless of their circumstances, they are humans and should be treated fairly. I have witnessed one of the leasing agent bringing her daughter to work with her often. The look is very unprofessional for the property. She tends to overly mind residents personal business which is very unethical and injustice. As I visit my parents here, I've noticed that the back gate has been broken (open) for a while. I do believe that the complex can benefit from making sure all of the garages are properly fixed and working. The building does smell a little outdated, but I do know that comes with the age of the complex. It would really put my heart at ease if the management team here was really sincere and respectful towards their residents and would conduct all business in a professional setting, leaving their small children at home during their scheduled shift here at Big Bass Apartments."

"Install cameras before moving in, you'll pay extra 40 on top of rent for cable weather you want it or not, you will receive emails threatening eviction, harassing phone calls the day after the 1st before the 5th, double check you account information so you want pay 35 extra if using a check whicg they will hold on purose. Manager knows you moved off property will email you but want return calls which is Unprofessional and immature. Not a place to call home."

"This is a very big area and wonderful place .Very nice views . There are very clean area."

"Nice and spacious rooms. Friendly environment. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Elevator is frequently out and parking is tough to find a spot. My older parents lived there for 14 years and enjoyed the apartment. Even though there is no security they never felt unsafe. The residents always looked out for each other. Everywhere my parents would go, people would greet them and check up on them. I would recommend. Prices are very reasonable."
