"I have been a resident for 3 years and I am highly dissatisfied with the service and staff. Every since I have lived in this apartment there has been issues since I moved in, starting with water coming into my bedroom from the patio door each time it storms. Every maintenance request I’ve ever submitted is/has been an ongoing issue. It’s like I’m expected to replace everything in my apartment; nothing seems to be covered under my lease. Light fixtures, to the key throb to access my apartment. I was just told told that I would have to replace the battery for my key throb. The last straw for me is I reported roaches in my refrigerator in December; the manager came in my apartment and told me that she would look for me a replacement. Haven’t heard back since. Went into the office today, and was told I’d hear back from them by 3/5/24. All I got was an apology and a bunch of excuses. I am so fed up with these apartments. I’ve contacted corporate every year I’ve lived here. It’s time to get tf outta here!"

"I had the unfortunate experience of living at Ridley Apartment Homes, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst decisions of my life. From the moment I moved in, it became abundantly clear that this place was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, the management at Ridley Apartment Homes is absolutely atrocious. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and seem to have no interest in actually helping their tenants. Maintenance requests? Good luck with that! I submitted numerous requests for basic repairs, and it took them weeks, sometimes even months, to address the issues. My apartment was constantly in a state of disrepair, and I felt like they just didn't care about my living conditions. The amenities they advertise are a complete joke. The gym has outdated equipment that is rarely maintained. The pool is frequently closed for "maintenance," which conveniently happens every time the weather gets warm. But the absolute worst part of living at Ridley Apartment Homes is the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear every word, every footstep, and every argument from my neighbors. It felt like I had no privacy whatsoever. And don't even get me started on the constant parties and loud music that went on late into the night. The management did nothing to enforce any kind of noise policy. To top it all off, the rent at Ridley Apartment Homes is exorbitant for what you get. They clearly prioritize profit over the well-being of their tenants, and it's a complete rip-off. In short, if you value your sanity, your peace and quiet, and your hard-earned money, stay far away from Ridley Apartment Homes. This place is a living nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy."

"The management have been very helpful with move in and communication. The newly furnished apartments are pretty spacious and the hardwood flooring does look nice. For the price, the amount of space you are getting and in unit washer dryer is quite worth it. Main complaint on this location would be proximity to Kamp, which plays extremely loud music late into the night. Only solution for me was having an extra mattress and sleeping in the living room during those nights which feels pretty bad. Minor complaints would be the delay in getting a FOB as the gym access is tied to it. It has been almost 2 months of living here and still can't use the gym outside of work hours and have to type in the gatecode every time. Another minor complaint is lack of guest parking spots. Finally last minor complaint would be lack of storage space in the form of closets and kitchen cabinets. Edit: I have moved out due to new job and the process is fairly straightforward. I am reducing the rating since the entire 8 months I was there I still haven’t gotten a fob even though I continually asked."

"Within days of hearing of, contacting and touring the facilities I was assisted in signing my contract and obtaining my keys. Brandon from the leasing office was incredibly helpful and communicative about the process and timeline. *Update: Major delays on basic appliances included in the lease. Unexplained charges on my account. Lots of back and forth to get basic items taken care of. I appreciate the staff in the office, but the property company has issues communicating consistently and make themselves accessible."
