"Lived there almost 10 years❗️Ya roaches are known problem but if your clean and fumigate often it’s ok. There is crime like everywhere else. But if you just mind your business and leave people alone you’ll be fine. Kids loved playing in the big empty field, don’t know if it’s still there though."

"I have lived here 4 years. There are only 7 parking spaces for visitors. If your visitor park in an unassigned space, the car will be towed and towing is costly. I was told the towing service that monitors this property is a relative of the manager. That will have to be researched. Children are not allowed to ride their bikes nor hoverboards on the property. The manager is very strict with the rules and regulations of the property and yet understanding to financial situations with the tenants. I recommend this complex for citizens over 55 years old. If you have children, find somewhere else to live...."

"They have poor parking space, theres no where for your guest to park. Only five spaces allowed for visitors. They will tow your car even if there's no sign posted towing. They also control water, heat, and ac. Management is rude to anyone that comes on property."

"I went in browsing apartments in the area, the leasing agent seemed to not want to be bothered. To add to that she had family to come in while tending to me and totally ignored me as I was sitting at her desk.. I got up and walked out as she seemed the least bothered..smh unprofessional"

"The office manager doesn't know what she's doing. She just mives andbody in. Neighbors slams there door and it wakes up my baby. Loud music, kids running up stairs and you can hear it alk through the apartments. My neighbors have sex and there head broad beats against the wall 2am.don't move there"
