"Pros: I like the apartment, no issues. Peaceful community. Pay the rent on time and nobody will bother you. Best maintenance team. They get the work done quickly within a day. Suggestions: Worried about the safety, feels like they should install CCTV cameras across community. Heard about car thefts recently. Mgmt should sanitize the gym regularly and maintain the equipments. Pool is not open most of the time. Should provide more lighting in the darker public areas of the community."
