"I have lived at Camden Woodson Park Apartments for 4 months shy of 10 years, and have nothing but positive comments. It has been a pleasant place to live with an always responsive staff, including virtually same-day maintenance service, and I have not once entertained the idea of living anywhere else."

"Lived there for 2 years, Ive had my ups and downs but for the most part I made good connections with most of everyone there. I’ve had a weird encounter in the office one time when trying to print some files. Who ever it was they were a new assistant manager and probably just thought I was some young kid playing in the computer room or maybe she thought I was stealing, idk. But we got past that because I was instantly offended. Now this last part is just the icing on the cake, and I can call on Kysha as my witness , a young lady in the office, we left with a water bill and other small miscellaneous things, they walked our apartment before we left and said everything was fine. We didn’t care about a deposit. But about a year later we went to apply some where else to live and we were told we owed a huge balance. Turn to find out Camden bill my wife’s credit for wall painting and carpet replacing along with the balance we owed. I’m sure if we didn’t have an open account they wouldn’t have been able to bill us later on like that but instead they took advantage of us. I find it illegal to access extra fees if we had them walk the apartments and told us everything looked fine. Then the manager who charged us wasn’t even a manager when we were living there. This could possibly go to all apartments, but please watch your back here. Also just for complaint reason for how they did us we were tenants that moved to bigger size apartment and resigned, the 2nd apartment I’ve experienced there the bathroom and my sons room smelled like dogs, my bathroom had scratched and torn cabinets and doors as if a dog was constantly trapped in the rest room, I didn’t see them address none of those issues while I was living or before I moved in, so again watch your back because they like to pick and choose what they care about . And when they can get over on you they will."

"I moved in 16 days ago, I thought that crime wouldn't be bad due to a working apartment gate and rent being above $1,400+. I woke up this morning to go to work, and the tailgate to my truck was stolen. No cameras installed on any of the housing buildings, no leads. I'm out a $500 deductible. Great timing for Christmas."

"I want to applaud the maintenance team! They always go far and beyond. Jose has helped me many times and is always very friendly, so hardworking, and personable. He always catches up with me when working, and this is nice cause it makes this place feel more like a home and not just a stranger coming in and out when needed. I also want to thank the office team for their hard work, and even being so sweet to help me after my surgery, they also sent me a card signed by everyone. I have been here 2 years and just renewed my lease again."
