"My experience at the Pines at Humble Park apartments has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, the level of crime in the area is concerning, making it difficult to feel safe and secure in my own home. For example, the weekend we moved In Our converter was stolen. Recently, we’ve seen cops and firemen at certain units constantly and there was some shooting in this complex a month ago. (Just to name a few). Additionally, the parking lot is riddled with potholes, making it a nightmare to navigate and potentially damaging to vehicles. What’s even more infuriating is the exorbitant rent they charge for these old, rundown apartments. The living conditions simply do not justify the high price tag. Furthermore, the presence of dangerous dogs owned by negligent individuals who refuse to clean up after them is a constant concern. The balconies are consistently dirty, and there seems to be a persistent cat infestation problem throughout the complex. It’s disheartening to see such lack of attention to cleanliness and basic maintenance. Although the management is somewhat responsive, it’s frustrating that one has to be constantly on top of communication to get any answers or assistance. The overall lack of proactive action on their part is disappointing. On a positive note, the maintenance crew deserves credit for their quick response times and efforts to keep the area as clean as possible. However, these positives do little to offset the numerous issues that plague this apartment complex. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Pines at Humble Park apartments due to the high rent, crime, neglected maintenance, irresponsible pet owners, and unsatisfactory living conditions. Potential residents should be aware of these shortcomings before considering this place as their home"

"Charged me for two months after I moved out. I had given them written and documented forms 60 days in advance that I was moving out but they still charged me after my lease was up. Then they proceeded to put an eviction on my record even after I explained a month later that I had already moved out and my lease was up. They knew this but they don’t care. Do not move here the management is poor."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. The price you’re paying is NOT worth it. You can find better and cheaper elsewhere and the only reason I’m not there now is because no availability. I’m now paying alone almost $160 in fees alone on top of a spike in rent. Absolutely poor to zero communication at the front office. Mail boxes broken into last month and people are STILL finding out it happened, no notice or anything was sent out to let tenants know. Roaches are a big problem here! Do not waste your time here. You can find better elsewhere and that’s actually worth the price. I can’t wait for my lease to end."

"Since I've been at this complex, the staff and maintenance crews have been extremely friendly and cooperative. Any issue was repaired in a timely manner and the office staff gets to know their tenants. After my third month there I walked into the office and was greeted by my last name which, honestly speaking, threw me off. I would recommend this place to anyone, and yes, I am a real tenant here. This place is great and the manager, Maria makes it just that much better."
