"When I first moved into this community, it was somewhat a smooth transition. As time has gone by I have had the worst customer service experiences with the Leasing Manager or now Assistant Manager Elissa. When I’ve needed assistance and was attended by Elissa, she has been absolutely rude and unapproachable each time. Her tone, demeanor and body language have not been positive. Most recently I sent the leasing office an email that I will have to break my lease because of personal reasons and I wanted to know all the fees that I will be responsible for or have a ball park figure to budget for. I received a response that I will find out at the end of the day. I came to the office after work to see if I was able to get this addressed in person and The leasing agent was with prospects, so Elissa attended to me. She did not greet or ask how she can help me at anytime so I just began to tell her why I was there, with a condescending tone, she replied that she could not tell me an amount and that I will have to wait til she does my final move out statement because she still has to do the move-out walkthrough. I once again kindly asked her for an estimate at least on the early move-out fees. She aggressively cut me off and said “It’s definitely 3k you will be looking at”. At the end of that interaction I told her to just email me more, and then she rudely said “well I have a hour and half left”. I was so upset when I walked out that office. I felt like I was not valued as a resident or an even as a person. No one should ever be spoken to in the way I experienced today. Even if you are having a bad day, I am a resident and a person, and I did not cause your bad day. Ive requested to speak to the Property Manager and whomever would listen to me from upper management because now I am hesitant to send this prior to my Move-out for fear of retaliation, through monitoring excessive move out charges. unfortunately, Because of my experiences with her , I will definitely not recommend this apartment community to anyone."

"These apartments have come a long way! Very impressed by the renovations and love how expeditious all service requests have been. Maintenance is personable and kind. I've felt at home with every conversation with leasing staff. Elissa Ochoa was personally my leasing agent at the time of signing, and she was very relatable as well as knowledgeable of her property and extraordinarily helpful given my particular case. All staff have been very kind to me and I love them for that, because I needed it during my time moving here. Love the property, love the staff, you won't regret signing up here."
