"Not a place to raise kids. You can smell DRUGS around building Old apartments with roaches.Apts. were "Remodeled" by putting thick paint over rust and mold. Old washer & dryer break often. If you submit a service request they tell you that they don't have enough people to fix broken items and that you have to wait a few days( but charging you rent everyday) Chio is very helpful, but if she doesn't have the resources... There are shootings all the time"

The move-in process was seamless, thanks to their guidance and organized procedures. I absolutely love my new apartment!
