"We have been taking our children here for years. Yes, there are times when a doctor calls in sick and they’re short staffed, such things happen everywhere. The staff and nurses have always been kind and understanding. Dr. Admin is an amazing pediatrician if you can, nail her down as your kiddos PCP."

"We love Dr. Pal - very attentive and great with the baby. Only issue is she doesn't see patients on Friday and that's my only weekday off to be able to make appointments and not miss work. We switched to Dr. Kachwala in the same clinic and have had no issues. Everyone - especially the nurses - has been great, very supportive."

"I've been coming here since my now 15 year old was a newborn in 2009, and I won't it change for any of my kids. I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews because I have never experienced anything but good service. Dr. Karabinas and Dr. Pal are the best. Not sure what's going on with the front office staff, but I never had a bad experience with them either. I know that sometimes people will have a bad attitude themselves, and that can rub off on other people. I mean the office staff is human just like the parents and patients. I have no issues here and at the same time I don't come in with an attitude either."

"My question is who are hiring these folks. I asked the reception what did she want me to do again b/c I was distracted by baby and she flat out told me “I can’t remember.” The doctor was extremely informative and thorough. However, when the medical assistant came in to give baby vaccination. She did not introduce herself or say what she would be doing. When I went to dress baby. 5 day old baby had blood running down her leg through the bandage dripping on to her sleeper. Why b/c she didn’t apply pressure and was ready to return to her conversation with her co workers. This is sad. Upon leaving no instructions on how to leave; check out procedure. When we made it to a random window. We asked if this was check out and she looked at us crazy. Then I had to explain. Then check out lady ask me “if we can get you schedule for you next appointment. Oh no you will not. This is sad and being run like a zoo."

"While @ home I Googled pedi urgent care. It pulled up THIS location as an option. I go in and was told this was not an urgent care but there was a TCH Urgent care located on W Lake Houston. I go back to my car to Google the address and it says that location doesn't open until 4:30pm! I went in to ask the same lady WHY didn't she mention the hours B4 referring someone to that location? Evidently I MUST have a child with me who needs care @ THAT moment...NOT hours from now. Absolutely NO compassion! Why would you send a mom out the door without telling them important information (THAT YOU KNEW) that could help their child?? Are you only there for a paycheck? Seriously? Are you even in the right field?? Ugh..NOT what I expected from any TCH facility."
