"It's okay because there is a somewhat violence here. Some people are having shootouts, you never know if you'll get robbed but the apartments are great! It's just the community there. Other than that it's a nice apartment!"

"Dont move here Its very nasty .My apartment was infested with all kinds of bugs,mice,rats,it be cats all outside my door. Its just nasty. There was no light in the living room,kids room,the hallway,or restroom. We could not get any sleep throughout the night because rats was jumping on and off the bed. It was rats holes everywhere They lived inside of my ice box for months.And the apartments would not come fix it.They kept renewing my lease without me knowing and would not let me out the lease .My kids use to come running and crying everyday cause they was scared and also we couldnt see. We also had to eat out everyday because it was impossible to store food in the apartment .the animals was eating everything from the ice box to the counter and pantrys .We I finially just up and left they tried to say I owe 4000 in rent somewhere thats not livable we were basicly staying outside. I want to go to court But I still yet havent seen any paperwork. Do Not Move Here!! Keep Your Kids Safe Specially if You Have Small Children Do Not Traumatize Your Kids .!! My kids still jump at everything now that we moved . smh!!"

"The office staff here is very nice and gets straight to the point. I love how the overall build inside the units are. Wish we could have shelves installed inside of kitchen pantry. (05/20/2022 Updated 08/19/2022 Cleme manor needs better access to the maintenance team. Why pay so much and not get help ?Then on top of that this complex has very bad generators the power can go off after two rolls of thunder and light rain."

"I’ve seen tenants come & go. Disrespectful ones don’t seem to last long so consider your attitude when it comes to this property. The maintenance is always doing wonderful they clean up the property very well, sometimes it’s rough from the weekends, but they get the job done done. The management is great I hope they keep up the great work towards the property & community. This is a nice place to start doing better if u take advantage of the opportunities you are given to rise above for a more stable future. Been here 3 years with no problems from the office they are always there doing they’re best even when the staff changes to new people."
