"Just moved to the area and was calling about info on coming to this clinic to schedule an appointment as we've been seen at other Texas children's offices. The woman taking calls to schedule appointments was very rude on the phone. I'm glad true colors were shown right away so I wouldn't waste my time coming into the office and dealing with future issues. So thank you for not wasting my time in advance. "I would leave zero stars if I could. We made an appointment, showed up on time with our sick child and filled out paperwork, then proceeded to wait for an HOUR after our appointment while over 10+ people waltzed in and went right in to see doctors. We were just sitting there with our son coughing, with no acknowledgement until after 45 minutes of waiting that they were sorry for the wait. Yet, despite our appointment we still saw more patients arrive after us and receive care. You know who I am and this is unacceptable on every level. The only reason why I didn't snap at your establishment was there were children there. WE WILL NEVER GO TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. There are no excuses for this! Front nurse, why didn't you escalate?! You saw us waiting! You knew this was wrong! Why schedule an appointment in the first place!? Why?! Do NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH! Atrocious, awful, there are no words. My sick 5yr old was coughing his brains out for an hour in the middle of your waiting room, when we had an APPOINTMENT, and you did nothing."
"After receiving services for my son's surgery at Texas Children, I was already looking for a new PCP for my son. So I decided to branch out and try the Texas children near me, I'm happy I did. I had to change my time and they were so helpful. Dr Leach is my son's new PCP; he made him feel so comfortable! His nurse Janice was so welcoming, she explained what would happen and etc. My son had to end up getting shots and Janice gave him his shot he said mom she can give me a shot any day it didn't hurt. I'm so happy I took a chance. Best decision ever. Also the faculty is very clean."
