"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, PLEASE DON’T. This is probably the worst apartment complex to live in. The staff is extremely disrespectful and rude. Management is a joke, they don’t even know what the word professional means. Honestly, don’t even bother and waste your time to come fill out an application. These people tried their best to kept my deposit. Take your money and RUN !!!!! DO NOT consider moving here and wasting your money."

"This was the most spacious place I've seen for the price. When I first moved in it wasn't as much traffic here. I guess there's more tenants. It's not as clean as it used to be. Need to be upgraded badly. Change all the carpet in the units, you can shampoo the carpet and it still look dirty. I can say by far the room is great. Need to put back a nice playground for the kids. It's good to see kids playing outside instead of staying in the house with phones and computers."

"So I am deployed to Iraq and I have been looking for an apartment for when I get back since I am relocating from Atlanta to Houston. I went online to do the lease now because I love these apartments. I was using my passport to do identity verification but it failed three times. I am thinking because I have bangs in my passport photo and not at the moment. I called the office and informed them of my situation and she pretty much just blew me off saying I have to come in there is no other way for me to do the application. So based off of technology I can't apply for an apartment. I honestly could have sent her my information and applied like other apartments. she didn't try to help me at all. Now I have to find another apartment."

"I wouldn’t reccomend living here to even my worst enemy. The apartments themselves are nice, spacious and “decently” well kept. However, the women that work in the office make it a miserable place to live. They are lazy and seem to get off at being petty. They will lie to your face and promise one thing then turn around to do the opposite. The assistant manager is the worst! When she should be someone you feel you can trust! We showed up the day of our lease agreement to retrieve the keys and they were shocked saying we were a month early then apologized for being misinformed. That being said, the manager told us our apartment had not yet received a final walk through (it was not a AT ALL clean) because they weren’t prepared for our move in date that THEY SIGNED. We received multiple calls throughout our lease about noise complaints (during times that we were at work all day) and eventually that led to them giving us a notice saying we could no longer live there after our lease ended. However, we were told after EVERY phone call that it would not go against us as a violation because we were not at home during the allegations. At this point, we did not care and gladly moved out. We didn’t even ask for our security deposit back and now I am receiving a cleaning fee/balance 2 months later because we did not vacuum before we returned the keys. Also, we stayed for a year and cars were broken into (including mine) and stolen almost every weekend. Maybe with a new team and management this could be a nice place to live."
