"How they do business: you can call, email, and leave voicemails about fees added to rent without consent, last minute fees. they still haven’t fixed work order from the start of the lease but charge tenants extra fees. paint peeling in bathtub and leaking ceiling but they go in your apartment to check for these things but don’t fix them."
"They charge you extra fees every other month without proof and close office so you can’t discuss issues so u make the payment or be late on rent charging more fees.. charging for pest control n don’t come.. saying they expecting every month for leaks but miss the leaks that has roaches coming out"
