"I've been here 10 yrs. I'm seeing improvement with the new MGMT. However, this place is still unsafe and filthy. The gates are usually open 24/7. This attracts the homeless who come after hours. They urinate in the elevators. The hallway carpets have stains that have never been cleaned in years. Entry doors have not been painted, unless you do it yourself. I'm seeing improvement with roach & bed bug infestation. The location is great but there is little good to be said."
