Regency Lofts

"I recently relocated to Houston from the metro Chicago area and was completely unfamiliar with the city. Due to business travel, other work commitments, and the transition moving from one big city to another in 3 weeks was overwhelming. I performed an online search and was pleased to find regency loft . I received an email from the assistant , asking my price point, amenities, areas of interest, potential move-in date, etc. She replied back with a detailed list of apartments that peaked my interest. they made my search easy and was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. I will recommend regency loft to anyone."

"Please do not move to this essential housing apartment. They are brand new and GHETTO. Office staff let people walk the halls with guns, multiple car break ins, they will purposely leave the back gate open on the weekends so anyone can come in. My sister has had the worst time here. Dogs walk the halls without leashes and owners. The office staff live in the complex and so do nothing. Maintenance will not fix anything, they are absolutely useless. This complex only been open for a year which is so sad. Please avoid this place!"

"I DANA LOWE AM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON BEHALF OF REGENCY LOFT APARTMENTS . EVER SINCE I MOVED HERE , I WAS GREETED AND TREATED LIKE FAMILY FROM THE MANAGEMENT AND THE REST OF THE STAFF AND I PLAN A LONG TERM STAY . MS. TINA , THE MANAGER IS BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY , SHE GIVES 150 PERCENT TO HER TENANTS AND SHE IS A GREAT LISTENER AND A LANDLORD OF HER WORD , THIS IS SOMETHING I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN A LANDLORD AND THAT IS AN A- PLUS AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS JUST AS AWESOME , SOMEONE YOU CAN PUT YOUR TRUST IN , THEIR WORD IS THEIR BOND . AND I DON'T WANT TO FORGET ABOUT MAINTENANCE , HE IS ALWAYS THERE FOR ANYTHING ANYBODY NEEDS , HE DOESN'T TAKE HIS JOB FOR GRANTED AND IS ALWAYS THERE FOR THE TENANTS AND THE COMPANY . I DON'T THINK I CAN ASKED FOR A BETTER TEAM THAN WHAT WE HAVE HERE . MY FAMILY AND I JUST LOVE IT HERE AND IF THE MANAGER AND HER STAFF EVER LEAVE , WHERE LEAVING TOO !"

"I want to leave this property ZERO stars. The ONLY PLUS is the income based rent, other than this property has and issue with EVERY THING! There is no gate code for visitors which gives the impression that the only ppl that should be on property are the ones that live here. You could have a disabled parent/sibling/ child that requires your assistance and oh well. The property manager literally stalks the property looking for lease violations….girl go tf home and relax. Noise of children have to be controlled and you can’t have a loud voice in the halls. Well damn is this a retirement community or income based housing? I would say if you’re older (45+), unattached to anyone, and fall on hard times then this is the place for you. Other than that please save your frustration and go somewhere that won’t leave notices on your door once a week"
