"Boone Manor was a beautiful apartment with the best leasing agent, Chelsea. And the best concierge Nemo. However upper management ultimately tarnished my experience. The gate to the garage was always broken, and upper management was nasty. After moving out I never received a final statement and now 6 months later, collections it my account. I was never contacted. My apartment fell apart from the cabinets to the flooring and the elevators were also always down. Living on the 11th floor proved to be super inconvenient when having to take the stairs. Overall you can get a much more wholistic luxury apartment experience somewhere else."

"Great community. Esthetically pleasing. Great amenities. Loved that they always had a community event for residents. And very clean. Pet friendly. Only negative I can say is that gate entrance had a lot of issues and elevators were not properly functioning at times. But I’m sure that’s out of their control. These issues were combated rather quickly as well but can be a bit annoying otherwise yet doesn’t change my 5 star rating. Make Boone Manor your new home!!"

"Boone Manor is a hidden gem in the heart of the Museum District. If I had to summarize my experience thus far into three categories, they would be 1-Ambiance, 2-Atmosphere, 3-Service. The Ambiance is a well manicured boutique style with fabulous decor and attention to detail. The atmosphere is very different in a good way and like no other establishment in Houston. The people are so delightful and take time to speak and build relationships. When it comes to service, Nemo will become your best friend. Next in line are the leasing specialists. Andre was very patient and Abraham stepped in seamlessly when needed. Thank you both for your patience, because moving is very difficult, and you guys made it easier. I am truly pleased with my decision to make Boone Manor home."

"I’ve lived in 4 different apartment complexes in the Houston area and Boone Manor was hands down the best experience I had with a property management company thus far. Everything we needed was taken care of promptly. The staff was always super friendly and professional. You may be able to save a little bit on the cost of rent if you’re looking at some of the other properties near Hermann Park (and I had friends living in 3 other properties in the area) but you will not get this quality of management anywhere else! 100% worth the money. I would’ve stayed if I could’ve but I had to relocate closer to my company’s office. Thanks for everything Boone Manor!"
