"Terrible. Management is awful. Fees and more fees. Management does not respect tenants and only sees us as how much money they can get out of us. Cars broken into, mail stolen, 24/7 emergency line just rings and no one answers, concerns not taken seriously. Management responses are passive aggressive. They deserve all the complaints! If they treated us with respect, they wouldn’t see so many u happy residents. Truly an awful experience. Nightmare. I would never step foot in another camden ever because of my experience here."
"I just moved in yesterday! I love the property however I’m most satisfied with the move in process! Ashley was sooo nice and made sure this process was as easy as possible. Quite frankly it’s the fastest yet smoothest moving process I’ve ever experienced in my life! Thanks Ashley!"
"I've lived at Camden Travis Street for six months, and I love it. I've read through a number of the reviews and would like to say that I've never seen roaches on the third floor, even during the horrendously hot summer when they migrate indoors. Almost all of the cars in the parking lot have been safe. (Yes, I hear complaints, and they are valid to a point, but thieves will thieve and only armed guards on every floor of the parking lot would solve a problem that exists everywhere in Midtown and beyond.) To the best of my knowledge and experience, this is a beautiful, safe place to live. The staff is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are performed on the same day as the request is made. I love it here!"
"Only thing that deserves a good rating is the maintenance team. There’s frequent car breakins, storage rooms have now been broken into, and vandalism of vehicles. Management uses the same generic statement “crime can happen anywhere” but what they aren’t emphasizing is what are they doing to make it any different here. I have high hopes for this property but without any changes in security, and continuous non-response to complaints in our community portal (like our freight elevator being down for two months, or somebody’s whole vehicle being stolen or broken into) I will advise that nobody move in to this complex. I may change my review with updates but as of right now…no. One star. Zero stars."
