They are disorganized, and that’s why everyone leaves and moves half of them are empty and can’t keep people here. They only have one maintenance man and he does a good job only have the time"

"Horrible place to live and no parking spots to park to park every where unless u park in the visitors parkin spot and la casita like to not fix any problems and they tend to like putting others furniture by my window and when itit rains like the way it does in houston have rain boots ready BEACAUSE u will get all wet before work. And they do not give you ur deposit back ethier learned my leason but if could put zero starts i would thats how bad it is"
