"Just a little background, I once worked at and O'Reilly's when I was younger and the level of staff knowledge has since plummeted. Like most places your experience can vary depending on who is working. Some of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly a few others may need help tying their shoes. They have or can order most of the parts that you need and have parts available with great warrants. Prices on most things are fair."
