"Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE, these apartments may seem nice but the management and sometimes the tenets are the worse. The trash are always overflowing people do not be considerate about it falling on the ground. Cars getting broken into, and even the water not always working. Water will be cut off for days leaving you to fend for your self to take simple needs such as just brushing your teeth. Tenets are nasty and will not pick up after themselves, they will leave food just sitting on the stairs and not be considered of the others living amongst them. They are overpriced, but are not meeting the standards as they are raising these prices. The apartments seem to not care about there tenets. We have had multiple issues with either water not working or even the ac not working. It also floods to easily in the area. They are very unprofessional and some of them have nasty attitudes. My opinion if your not going to meet customer needs then don’t work at a apartment complex and if your not going to like tenets then quit. So again, if you want your water turned off at random times, lights, ac not working this is the place for you. Ill chose a apartment that is high maintenance and don't have a high standard than a high standard low maintenance apartment. This is unacceptable no one should be living like this. They always going to make it seem like they are doing something about it, but never does"

"UPDATE: The nice response from Corporate- I emailed them and NEVER received a response. Didn’t expect to as they NEVER responded to any of my concerns while I was a tenant. Absolutely the WORST! As I stated before- Dont move here unless you want to be F’d! Do NOT move here! Save yourself the headache! The female in the front office is a disgusting person. She talks to people extremely offensively and in a demeaning manner- and then locks the doors to the office because residents want to confront her in person! These people will hv any of your guest towed during the DAY! They’re grimey and nasty in that office! These females will definitely make you get out of character. And they don’t care and find it amusing. Corporate is no better. Bonner Carrington won’t do anything about anything. I have nothing good to say about these apartments. Stayed here for 2.5 years bc the rent is cheap-, apartments are newer but ghetto…cars get broken into all of the time. They don’t care about their residents and i would never recommend them!"
