"I have stayed at the Hamilton for almost 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I want to thank Freddie and Max for being amazing. The location and the view of downtown was awesome from our apartment. It is right next to everything which is a plus, and walking distance from George Brown, discovery green, and the Toyota center. The only thing I had issues with was the parking availability for guests but all in all it was great! Would definitely recommend."

"Please do research about this apartment complex before considering moving in. It is fairly dangerous area of Houston. This apartment complex made the local news a few times for car break ins, burst pipes, robberies and shooting that involved one of the residents dying in one of the units. Please do your research on google by searching “The Hamilton Apartment Houston” or search police reports for this address."

"Moving in was super smooth process, stayed here for a year, it is downtown so be prepared for noise. Other than that, quick maintenance, management is approachable, floor plans are a good rate for downtown. Never had any security issues or concerns. Any complaints I had were always resolved in a day or 2 max. Peaceful community overall, would recommend to everyone:)."

"By FAR worst apartment complex I’ve lived in!!! Save your money and DO NOT move here!! My gf and I were victims of a burglary and management didn’t seem to care or even help to improve their security! Homeless people roam the complex, cameras don’t record it’s only “live” footage. They clearly don’t seem to care about the tenants at all! This complex needs to be blasted all over the news since they don’t seem to be interested. Break ins, robberies, and killings!! What else has to happen for these people to GAF!!! Not to mention another burglary last night. If I could leave no stars I would!!"

"I would not recommend living here as this building is falling apart. Initially after moving in 2 years ago, the management was extremely friendly & helpful, however, they quit leaving new, inexperienced managers (who have yet to introduce themselves to the residents). The elevators constantly break down, homeless people surround the building 24/7, trash piling up both outside/inside, car break ins/robberies, roach infected units, & old washer/dryers never work. Everyone I have met over the years have left & I lucky joined them as soon as the lease ended. Despite cleaning regularly & maintaining the unit, I am not receiving the $150 refundable amount of my security deposit. I was given no explanation as to why. Therefore, I will not be paying the final account settlement of $82. Please find somewhere else to live that’s cleaner, safer & managed by competent staff."
