"When I first moved to the community I was excited until I saw how filthy the apartment was. I had to clean it up; it was my first apartment post divorce. Disappointed! However, my new apartment is great! I like the office staff, the location, and the amenities. The main things keeping me here are definitely those 3 things. The staff members are super sweet, friendly, and take concerns seriously. The location is great! I can get to any part of town in 30 minutes or less. The amenities are cool!! The only reason for the 4 star is my original experience. Now, it would be a 5!! There is always room for improvement. However, I am overjoyed with my new place in this community!!"
"I really like this place. Been living here for about 4 months now and have had no problems. The staff is exceptional - super professional and friendly (shout out Sunell). Great location, walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation. Parking is free also which is hard to find downtown in any metropolitan city. As for the apartment itself - I love the big windows, high ceilings, huge kitchen, spacious balconies and walk in closet. I find it funny that most of the negative reviews come from Airbnb guests - because THEY are the problem. Most people that actually live here, don’t have the issues they have."
"Stayed here for a week and the hallway smells of weed, food and pet odor. No attempt to make it smell any nicer. Also car was towed without any notice, so instead of a courtesy call to the person who registered the vehicle, it was towed at 1am. The management office was closed on a Tuesday and didn’t call back until the next day to assist. However the woman I spoke with at 3pm on 11/15 would not give me a clear answer as to why a courtesy call wasn’t given to myself or my host. Costumer service didn’t seem like a priority today, and I would recommend having a conversation with the person who called me. I do not recommend buying or renting here, which is unfortunate for my airbnb host, who was nothing but kind and courteous. UPDATE: Also an update to the below reply. That is a blatant lie. There have been apartment cleaners in and out of that building all week and there is an entire fence on the G3 level dedicated to lockboxes for Airbnb guests. I also have people constantly coming up to me asking for directions because they have an Airbnb booked at your location. Also if you search the specific address for flexible dates in January you can find loads of ads at your property. Maybe you were not aware of this whole situation, but it would be good to know. I also hate to be the whistleblower but if what you say is true, then it would be the right thing to tell you. I will not call because there is no reason to. But thanks for your reply."
"Latasha is the property manager that has helped me move in, and she is amazing. Looking forward to renewing my lease for sure. The staff is helpful and respectful. The building always smells so fresh and nice in the lobby in which I start using the same freshener now. When I first moved into my apartment Latasha made my move in process very simple and she was extremely understanding to fit my needs to move in immediately. I highly suggest her and her staff all will work with you of course. 5 stars on my end only negative is I liked the fob key system now we’ll be using an app lets see how that goes but thats just the building itself."
