The property is safe and the management is very responsive and helpful. Anytime I’ve had to submit a service request, it’s addressed immediately. Neighbors are respectful of each other and the property. I have been very happy here. It’s a great place to live."

"I've been living in this apartment for 2+ years, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I moved in, I've enjoyed a comfortable and convenient lifestyle that this place offers. It is super close to everything Houston has to offer. The management team here is exceptional. They are always responsive, friendly, and eager to assist with any concerns or questions. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the property is impeccably maintained. It's evident that they care about the well-being of their residents. This is the coolest area and apartment in Houston!! Everyone who lives here are cool, interesting and creative!!! The building is historical and has some of the best art in Houston. Everyone who comes and visits me, says this is the coolest apartment they have ever been in... So if you have a chance to live here, DO IT!!!"

"I lived here for 24 hours before discovering a horrible German roach infestation in unit 406. I immediately broke the lease as the landlord told me he “didn’t believe in exterminators because if they worked they wouldn’t be in business”. I asked for a professional to come treat the unit but instead he sent the maintenance man up with a can of Raid thinking that would do the trick even though they were so bad they were in the outlets. There were roach droppings covering the wall behind the fridge, stove, and dishwasher. When I pulled the fridge out to investigate an entire nest of roaches scattered. Fat Property who owns the building kept my deposit and my first months rent despite me only being there a couple days claiming I was “hurting a small landlord” even though they own numerous properties in Houston. Truly horrible experience, which was shocking as it really did seem like a nice community."

"A lady friend I once knew used to live there many years ago, and her loft was a really nice and cool place. It was pretty much an efficiency loft, and quite spacious with tall ceilings. The bathroom was a pretty good size. I liked the entrance foyer and hallways, where its colorful walls were decorated with artsy pictures and items. A great place for a single professional working in the Downtown area. Only downside is that the basement garage may be prone to being totally flooded out whenever Houston gets hit by a tropical storm or hurricane (solution would be to move the vehicle to higher ground until the flood waters recede)."

These places are where I think I was living for A-day or 2 if it was a week I had a worse than I thought stroke lol good thing I'm better my memory may not come back completely due to my age and how big of a concept having my own high rise at 23 on my own is..... only some will get this message"
