"These apartments are horrible! With everything changing around the community I thought this building was an up and coming complex. Their whole security system is a JOKE! Starting from access to the property to the actual night security. Their cameras might not work but mines do. I have footage of the security asleep in his golf cart. Which he happens to do every night. There's been complains about wrecked cars, stolen cars and many other things ON PROPERTY! Home is supposed be where we feel safe and we do not! The staff there is no help with anything that goes on. They're quick to put complains in and want to charge for every single thing but where's my help? They seriously need to do changes here. Starting with the staff! I will be reaching out to my local tenant council and seek further help since they're no help at all. And if nothing else help I will reach out to any other source needed! Social media is my next step! How does a multi million complex have NON WORKING cameras??? I have rights as tenant and I intent you practice them! Don't recommend anyone moving here!"

"The leasing office team is great! They've been super helpful. I've lived here for more than a year and recently re-signed my lease. However, my upstairs neighbor is extremely loud!!! The leasing office has talked to them already but unfortunately I am terminating my lease early since the noise doesn't stop. It's very unfortunate that top management couldn't do anything about this and now I'm left paying a huge fee. I recommend living here but only if you can get a 4th floor unit so you don't have neighbors upstairs."

"I have to make an edit to my original review after some changes and things have happened in my second year of living here. While there are still packages openly available for theft and the dog park occasionally doesn't drain out after a rain, this place is a great apartment complex to live in. The management as well as the maintenance staff are wonderful and attentive. The pool stays lively during the summer, neighbors are friendly, and the facilities are well maintained. The office staff has assisted me with several issues and done so in a very timely manner."

The leasing office team (Jeremy, Elizabeth, Kimia and Olivia) were incredibly helpful during the move-in process, providing all necessary information and making the transition easy. The maintenance staff (Tran, Julio, Ruben and Amparo) have also been top-notch, responding promptly and efficiently to my requests. The level of service provided by this team is exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free living experience. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for outstanding service and a great place to call home!"
