Jarmese Apartments

"These apartments need to be close down and remodel. The apartments it self come with they on pet (mices and possums) run through the walls ceiling and floors and inside the apartments in every apartment and outside as well. Floors not level. They don't fix nothing. They barely be at the office. Its new people who running it now and its no improvements to it at all. Just going down hill. They can pay for the police to do security work while they are at the office but not hire any maintenance workers."

"The office staff are Crooks.. They are taking money from bogus deposits only to place it in their pockets . If you’re not on any housing assistance, then you’ll have to pay a total of 1700 for a 2 bedroom to move in. Which sounds very suspicious to me that a dump of a complex would ask for that.The place is disgusting and people are hanging out all times of the day and night walking or just standing out. It’s in a sunken off area that is trashy looking and not up to par."

"Lots of changes but good ones.. trash pickup is improving and i just love my apartment it’s spacious and the upgrades are a plus.. Management is doing good with work orders.. no complaints here."

"I have NO Clue How this complex even has 4 stars. So first I wanna say that when we moved in, the outside looked absolutely horrible but the inside looked decent. So we decided to take a gamble and move in. We were supposed to move into one unit on 12/15/17 but we were called a day before asking if we could wait another two weeks to move because the unit we were supposed to move into had bedbugs. We informed them that we needed an apartment ASAP and they said there was another unit they could put us in but that the cabinet door needed to be fixed. We told them we would take the unit if all the repairs were going to be made. When we get to the apartment and we noticed that there was a lot wrong. The first thing we noticed was the missing cabinet door. They constantly said oh we have to replace it give us a few days so weeks go by and it still wasn't fixed. We also noticed we needed 4 fire alarm detectors told them that they were missing and the Maintenance person that was working there told us oh I’ll bring them in when I get them I’ll let you know. While we lived there none were ever brought. Fire hazard right there but it doesn’t end there. The neighborhood is horrible gunshots and gangs. Kids running around vandalizing cars at all hours of the night, completely unsupervised. This is definitely not the place to live. Our toilet stopped working at one point and we went to the office to inform them of what was going on and it took them a week and a half to actually get the toilet fixed. Once it was "fixed" we were told that we would need to pay for the repair which was going to be a few hundred dollars. But What really caused us to break our lease and leave was the fact that the property "Manager" came in unannounced when we weren't home and STOLE my professional camera lens for my Nikon d3400. This camera lens alone is $396. When I called her out on it she stated she never came into the apartment. I filed a police report and will be taking them to court. They are a bunch of crooks and will not fix or repair anything that needs to be repaired. DEFINITELY DO NOT MOVE HERE."
