"Make sure you ask where your designated parking spot is before you sign the lease as it may be far away from your apartment and they wont let you change it afterwards"

"I have lived at the Belmont going on 3 years now. The current office staff is making great improvements with customer service as well as to the property with upgrades in appliances. I would advise others to tour the property, being close to Herman park as well as downtown for a quick dinner or cocktail is very convenient for me. My only complaint here, would be the parking but I do feel like the new staff is making improvements on slowly. The property consists of married couples, singles, and as well as graduate students from Rice University. Ages can range as well. The property is very dog friendly and amenities are always very well kept."
"I visited the Belmont and loved the community and apartment so much I applied to live here! Ultimately we decided to cancel our application (yes the app fee is nonrefundable) because the leasing team would not communicate with us. The office would not reply to emails we sent (waiting over 2 business days) until I called them. After canceling our application the leasing team was quick to respond and offered a well-written apology. I would consider the Belmont if I need to move in the future, but be wary if the communication seems off."
"I lived at Belmont for 2 years and recently moved out just because I was moving to a new state for work. I absolutely loved this apartment. The location is great, with grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants etc all in walking distance. The grounds always look nice and the events that the office put on are actually nice and worth attending. I’ve only had positive experiences working with maintenance and the main office. I was truly sad to leave!"
