"There are no bugs, so don’t believe those lies. This is a very clean place with a maintenance staff who are always ready, willing, and able to help with any issue. The apartments are nice inside and fully furnished. Appliances are brand new and really nice. I’ve been here 2 years, since the apartments opened, and at the beginning there were a few issues but I knew that those came with it being a brand new building & management. Of course there have been a few things that were frustrating with all of the newness, but in the end, I am really lucky to live in such a nice place. There’s security and keyed entry, which not many other places with a similar price for rent can offer you in Houston. Walking distance to every hospital, the zoo, Hermann Park. This is a steal deal."

I wanted to update my past review because we officially have parking, an amazing front desk (especially Emmy and Brianna), perfect amenities, and a beautiful apartment with the best views in the city. I’ve never been so happy to be apart of a housing community and I’m confident things will only get better from here!"
