Shout out to Marcus and the maintenance team for keeping the community extremely clean. Most maintenance requests are resolved on the same day. Prime location and very close to downtown, Rice village and Med Center!!"

"My experience here was been beyond remarkable. From the property leasing and management team, to the maintenance team, the beautiful property and superior location – I was completely satisfied from beginning to end. The property is always clean and well kept. I love the amenities here, and the gym is super nice. It’s in one of the best locations in Houston. Super walkable to a lot of things such as convenient stores, restaurants, coffee shops and much more! The move-in process was extremely smooth. Honestly, there’s no complaints whatsoever. The only reason why I decided to move out was due to the rent increase. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend living here if you’re looking for a place to move. "I moved out several months ago, but had a great time living here. When I moved in, I was actually transferring a lease from another complex owned by the same company. This was a super easy process and cost me minimal extra money. I am someone who stays in my apartment and rarely uses facilities. However, the gym in particular is beautiful, well equipped and always seems to be clean. As a matter of fact, all of the amenities feel like a 5 star hotel. My apartment faced the pool and that could get loud sometimes, but nothing crazy. Footsteps from people above us sounded like warfare. No one's fault in particular, but something to be aware of. Maintenance was always quick and responsive. Really the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they wanted to raise my rent $400 when it was time for renewal. I know prices change with the market, but a single person in a one bedroom usually cannot afford an extra $400/month just one year after signing the original lease. Ultimately I needed a two bedroom and those were out of my budget, but that is because it is a very very nice apartment."
