"The complex is well maintained and clean! Cynthia the office manager is very well informed and quick to handle any maintenance problems with in timely period. It’s generally a quiet place not many distractions. Highly recommended great location!!"
"When I was there we got kicked out because me and my daughter were outside walking out dog and then some lady were fighting and people started recording and when they showed the lady the video they kicked out everybody who was saw in the video the trash can was on fire and lots of cars have been stolen"

"You get what you pay for. It’s small, quiet, and affordable. Management is reasonable and maintenance is fast compared to other places I’ve lived at."
"Management handles property poorly. Residents cars are being broken into on a weekly basis, but Management does nothing for security. There is no cameras on the property and Residents are told to take down their cameras if they have any up."
